Frequently Asked Questions

ISO 9001 is an international quality management standard. Use it to
establish your quality management system (QMS). ISO 9001 applies
to all types of organization's. It doesn't matter what size they are or
what they do. It can help any organization achieve standards of
quality that are recognized and respected throughout the world.

ISO 9001 was first published in 1987, updated in 1994, and again
in 2000. This current 2008 version is therefore the fourth edition
of the standard. It cancels and replaces all previous editions.
